Find the Flaws Automated Scanners Miss
Web Application Penetration Testing Services
Your web application is the front door to your business, and it is the part attackers try first. Our testers work through login flows, APIs, forms and back end logic by hand, so you can fix what matters before someone else finds it.
- OSCP & OSWE Certified
- Testers hold Offensive Security credentials, not just scanner licenses.
- OWASP-Mapped Findings
- Every result maps to the OWASP Top 10 for clear prioritization.
- Zero False Positives
- Each vulnerability is manually exploited and proven, never assumed.
- Free Retest Included
- We re-verify every fix once your developers ship the patch.
// About Web Application Penetration Testing
A Manual, Attacker's-Eye View of Your Application
Scanners are good at finding known problems. An out of date library, a missing security header, a page that accepts a script tag. They run in minutes and they are worth running. What they cannot do is understand what your application is for.
The bugs that cause real damage are usually logic bugs. A checkout that lets someone change the price before payment. A user who edits the ID in a URL and opens another customer's invoice. An account that keeps its old permissions after being downgraded. None of these look like a vulnerability to a scanner, because every request is well formed and the server answers exactly as it was built to. A person has to notice that the answer is wrong.
That is the work. We read your application the way an attacker would, then chain the small weaknesses together until they add up to something that would actually hurt. A low risk information leak plus a weak password reset is a full account takeover. We test whether that chain exists rather than listing the parts separately.
We work with businesses in London, Manchester, Leeds and across the UK, and we test in a way that respects your live environment and your customers' data. Every engagement is scoped around your release schedule, your UK GDPR obligations and the parts of the application that carry the most risk.

What We Cover
Authentication and Sessions
Login, password reset, multi-factor, remember-me and session handling. We check whether a session really ends when someone logs out, and whether a reset link can be reused or guessed.
Access Control Between Roles
We test every role against every function. Can a standard user reach an admin endpoint by typing the URL? Can one customer read another customer's data by changing a number? This is where most real breaches start.
Business Logic
Checkout flows, discount codes, approval steps, balance transfers and anything with a sequence. We look for steps that can be skipped, repeated or run out of order.
APIs Behind the Interface
Your front end is one client of your API. We test the API directly, including endpoints the interface never calls and parameters it never sends.
Injection and Input Handling
SQL injection, cross-site scripting, template injection, file upload and deserialisation. The classic flaws still appear, usually in the one form nobody remembered to check.
Configuration and Dependencies
Headers, cookie flags, CORS rules, exposed admin panels, verbose errors and out of date components that carry known exploits.
// Methodology
Our Testing Process
- 01
Scoping and planning
A call with the engineer who will run the test. We agree what is in scope, which user roles we get, whether we test staging or production, and when. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
- 02
Mapping the application
We walk the whole application as each role and build a picture of every page, parameter, endpoint and file upload. Most applications have more surface than the team expects, and the forgotten admin page is often the interesting one.
- 03
Testing by hand
The bulk of the work. We test each function against each role, try to break the order of operations, and follow anything that behaves oddly. Tools help with coverage. The decisions are ours.
- 04
Proving the impact
Every finding is exploited in a controlled way so we can show what it actually allows. If we say a user can read another customer's data, the report shows that happening, with the steps to repeat it.
- 05
Reporting and retest
You get the report within a few working days of testing ending. Once your developers ship the fixes we test each finding again and update the report to say which are confirmed closed. The retest is included.

Why Web Application Security Testing Matters
One flaw can expose everything
Web applications sit in front of the data attackers want. A single broken access control check can expose every customer record behind it.
// How We Test Your Application
- Testing is manual first. Tools run alongside for coverage, and a person decides what matters.
- We ask for accounts at every privilege level, because most access control bugs are invisible without them.
- We test the API directly as well as through the interface.
- Every finding is proved before it reaches the report, so your developers never chase something that turns out not to be real.
- Anything that could disrupt a live system is agreed with you first and scheduled around your hours.
- The engineer who scopes the test runs it and writes the report, so nothing is lost in a handover.
- You can ask questions while testing is still running rather than waiting for the document.
What you get
// Tools We Use
// Why Us
A Testing Partner UK Businesses Trust
Every engagement is run by a senior tester who does this work full time, and the report is written to be used rather than filed.
Certified testers
OSCP and OSWE credentials, with the same engineer on your engagement from the first call to the retest.
Real attack simulation
We chain weaknesses together the way an attacker would, instead of listing them separately and leaving you to join the dots.
Reports people act on
Each finding has the evidence, the steps to repeat it, and a fix written for the person who has to implement it.
Confidential by default
NDA on request, encrypted evidence handling, agreed retention, and a clean teardown when the work is done.
Everything a user can reach and quite a lot they cannot. Login and session handling, what each role is allowed to do, the business logic behind checkouts and approvals, the API behind the interface, input handling, and the configuration around it. We scope this with you first so you know exactly which applications and environments are included.
